How quickly is my order shipped?
Within 3 working days of payment completion, by courier or BOX NOW.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners), PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (+€2.70).
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, by prior arrangement and provided no more than 20% of the contents is missing. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How long is a gift card valid?
The validity period is shown on the gift card and in the email that accompanies it. You can check the balance on the gift cards page.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our products are vegan, and we use raw materials that are not tested on animals (Article 18, Regulation (EC) 1223/2009).
Can I collect from your premises?
Yes — choose “Store pick-up” at checkout and contact us to arrange a time.
